In Part 1, we will focus on the menu system and how to set up the company from the very beginning including tax ID numbers to be used later. We will set up the categories used within any accounting system using the Chart of Accounts feature.

In Part 2, we will start manual data entry and show how downloading works so that you will have to do fewer manual data entries in QBO.
